Active Affiliate Member or Vendor: This status indicates that an affiliate or vendor is in good standing with Shoply and has successfully processed their License or Subscription order within the current calendar month. Remaining active is essential to accessing Shoply's various earning opportunities and perks.

2. Affiliate Member: An individual or business entity registered on Shoply to purchase and promote products from multiple vendors. Affiliate Members can choose from different Licenses based on their goals:

   • Affiliate: Ideal for social media influencers and those who love referring customers to products. Affiliates earn a "Direct Bonus," a specific dollar amount set by vendors for each customer referral that results in a purchase.

   • Influencer: In addition to Affiliate benefits, Influencers access four additional earning centers, making it perfect for entrepreneurs passionate about networking and leading a team.

   • Influencer PRO: Offers all the benefits of Influencers, plus exclusive perks like onboarding new vendors to Shoply and earning commissions from any sales these vendors make, regardless of who referred the customer. It's ideal for those committed to maximizing their networking and earning potential.

3. Commissionable Periods: Shoply operates on different commissionable periods for paying out earnings:

   • Weekly: Wednesday to Tuesday (11:59 pm CT)

   • Bi-Monthly: 1st to 15th and 16th to the last day of the month (11:59 pm CT)

   • Monthly: 1st to the last day of the calendar month (11:59 pm CT)

   • Commissions Transfer Day: Commissions are paid on the second Thursday after the closing day of a commissionable period.

4. Commissionable Volume (CV): This metric is used to calculate and pay out percentages within Shoply's incentive plan across different earning centers:

   • Products CV: The volume assigned by vendors for products sold in the Shoply marketplace.

   • Subscriptions CV (SCV): The volume generated from subscriptions.

   • Licenses CV (LCV): The volume generated from licenses.

   • Total Community Bonus CV (TCBCV): Combines SCV and 30% of LCV from personal and affiliate purchases within your network.
